The T7838WIP is the Latest HD Plug and Play Camera from VStarcam. It is the latest HD IP Camera camera with LIVE Streaming feature that allows parents to watch over their infants, young children, domestic workers and/or old folks at home. The new VSCam APP allows multiple screen LIVE Streaming viewing for the T Series cameras. Supported models are T6836WIP (MJPEG), T7838WIP (HD), and the upcoming T7837WIP (Entry HD Model)
The cameras are easy to configure even for non-IT savvy parents to start viewing their cameras over the mobile phones within minutes.

You will receive the basic camera kit with FREE Delivery, PSB Approved (SAFETY MARK) AC Adapter and 1 Month 1 to 1 Exchange, 11 Months Repair or Replace (Carry-in) for Factory Defects (Very Rare) and Technical Support. The factory will provide the remaining technical support and hardware warranty. Q2. Will I get Technical Support from MARIX if I buy from other non-MARIX authorized sources?
A2. No. All cameras comes with serial numbers and we have these information in our system. We will not provide any sort of technical support for cameras which is not sold via our authorized channel. It is just like buying a parallel car, the main distributor here will not provide you with the warranty or support.
