(1) Please contact us ASAP if there is any problem with items you received. Furthermore any returns without notice is not acceptable for us.
(2) We only accept returns based on dress intact as we sent in original condition (no smoke scents， no makeup stains， no alterations).
(3) Dresses must be sent back within 3 days from receiving date.
(4) If an exchange is needed， the clients should pay all shipping cost.
(5) For returns， 30 % restocking fee will be charged.
