This product made of natural soy wax is very sensitive to temperature, so especially in summer, the surface could not smooth.

If the surface looks like white or contracted, it means no chemical materials added - 100% natural soy wax used, a normal condition. Plus, when it becomes water, the things get back to normal.

When you see a kind of formed water on the surface, it is a formed essential oil which means normal.

Soy Candle makes you feel refreshing and it makes good fragrances. Thus, the candle burns for a long time than general paraffin candles.

All items are handmade, so it can have differences in color and capacity

Before you use this item, get rid of all the packing materials.

When you light the wick for the first time, please burn the candle for 2 or 3 hours until the whole surface melted. It will prevent only the central portion's burning.

Do not place the wick on a slant. Plus, put the candle on a flat ground.

When you burn the candle again, please first remove the charred wick and make the wick about 2mm. Then light the wick.

Be careful, children and pets can be burned by the candle.
