Imported from Tuscany, Italy, bionaturæ® organic semolina(s) and whole durum wheat(ww) pastas are redefining the pasta category in the United States and intend to bring pasta back to its more flavorful and authentic Old World traditions.
Durum wheat is grown in Italy on small family-owned farms that have been using traditional agricultural methods for centuries. All ingredients are certified organic and are grown and processed without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.

Directions
Store in a cool and dry place.Stovetop Cooking Instruction: Put one package of pasta into 4 qt (3.78 lt) of boiling water and add a tpsp of salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 11 minutes until desired tenderness is reached. Drain well.
