Directions
All you need: ¼ Cup Oil + 1 Cup & 2 Tsp Water Baking Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray or grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
Combine muffin mix with ¼ cup oil and 1 cup plus 2 teaspoons of water and mix until just combined, do not over mix batter. Additional ingredients (such as berries or chocolate chips!) can be added in as well.
Immediately pour into greased muffin tin or paper, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool and store on counter for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.Free OfGluten, wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, casein, potato, sesame and sulfites.
