Take 3 capsules 30 to 45 minutes before training on an empty stomach. If less than 220 lbs:
take 3 capsules;If greater than 200 lbs:
take 4 capsules; If stacking with PMD''s ACG3 Charged PumpFuel or Pump Fuel INSANITY:
take 3 capsules. An alternative option for quicker absorption, break open capsules and add to your pre-workout drink 15 minutes before workout. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.
