The ProXpress M3820DW features easy secure printing with a built-in numeric keypad, which allows users to protect personal or confidential documents. Users can select a secure print job through their driver, or administrators can force all jobs to require authentication. Once a secure print job is sent, it will only release when the user walks up and types in their PIN at the printer.
