Directions
Sort & rinse. Cover with water & soak overnight. Drain & peel outer skin off each bean. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup peeled beans to boil reduce, & simmer 35-40 minutes. Drain & Serve. Suggested Uses:
Great in salads, sauts, risottos, & pasta dishes
Cook simply with olive oil, sea salt & lemon
