If the receipt of the goods ordered is deffect from the manufacture of the factory, then our store will replace it with the new one

 

Note :

• 1. Customer shall inform the complainant to seller max 3 days from date of receipt of goods. (By mentioning Order No. and Tracking No.)
• 2. Exchange (exchange) tailored to the stock of color / stock of goods in our warehouse.
• 3. Items that are in complaint and have been approved the replacement must be in the same condition when received (Goods should not be used). If the use of the seller is entitled to cancel the exchange
• 4. Goods deffect shall be sent back to our warehouse max 7 days from the approved date. If it passes the 7 calendar day limit then seller is not obligated to replace / exchange in any form
• 5. Return shipping or re-delivery are buyer's responsibility (Seller does not bear any shipping)
• 6. We apologize seller not serve the exchange caused by mistake buyer in choosing product / color / size of goods. Please note before order to avoid errors.
