These gel based (colour of the gel may vary) warming pads are a great value as they are Reusable upto at least a 100 times....... They start generating heat instantly as soon as the metal piece in the liquid is flexed. Simply click and as the crystallization starts (wonderful to see), slip the pads into you glove or inside your sock to provide comforting warmth....... Use directly on the skin or under a covering like a glove or a scarf for longer warming.......... Warmth would last from about 30 minutes to as much as an hour or two depending upon the insulation...............
