We started with fine twill fabric and put it through several washes to give it a soft, broken-in feel from the first wear. After the wash, the fabric is hand cut, panel by panel, and stitched together to ensure a perfect fit every time. The bill is made to keep a consistent shape and conform to the unique preference of each person. 100% cotton twill. Adjustable veclro closure. High quaility embroidery on the front along with the Southern Marsh logo embroidered on back.
