Arisawa Co., Ltd. was founded in 1877 and currently it is a brewery with
the fifth generation - Hironosuke Arisawa, who is making sake as Toji brewer and as
representative director. Brand "Bunkajin”… was devoted to beautiful woman who was widely
excelled in poetry, literature and writing – Bun no Kajin  --Beautiful Woman of Literature. 

The rice and mash which was cold fermented Nishiki Hyogo Prefecture Yamada
up to 40% I was bottled unfiltered-free hydrolysis squeezed in traditional Sakabune.

It is a large Ginjo whiskeys of mellow Ginjo incense and rich taste.
