PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
All puppies should receive their mother''s milk for at least 2 days, if possible. This colostrums milk gives extra nutrition and temporary immunity against some diseases. Warm milk replacer to room or body temperature. Feed puppies 2 tablespoons (30 mL) per 4 ounces (115 g) of body weight daily. Divide the daily feeding amount into equal portions for each feeding. Puppies’ needs will vary and this amount may have to be increased or decreased depending on the individual puppy. Small and/or weak puppies should be fed every 3 to 4 hours. Larger and/or older puppies can do well being fed every 8 hours. Weigh the puppies 3 times per week to assure adequate feeding. When puppies are old enough to lap, begin offering the milk replacer in a shallow container. Pregnant & Lactating Bitches: Feed 2 tablespoons (30 mL) milk replacer liquid per 5 lbs. (2.2 kg) of body weight daily. Growing puppies already on solid food, show dogs and/or convalescing dogs: Feed 1 tablespoon (15 mL) milk replacer liquid per 5 lbs. (2.2 kg) of body weight daily.

My female had a litter on November 28th and she never got her milk in so I had to bottle feed her puppy. This milk did great. The puppy is so healthy, heavy folds/wrinkles, and what a plus for Bulldogs that need Immune boosters because of there poor immunes. She is so full of wrinkles.They only thing I did run into this was constipation. But I learned a little extra water helped prevent it. So I would use 3 tablespoons of the formula and the can would say I would then need 6 tablespoons of formula. This would cause constipation.
