This three-piece set includes a Marking Gauge, 7-1/2'' Sliding Bevel and 6'' Try Square, each featuring European beech construction with brass accents and designed to accurately mark your material prior to sawing, chiseling, or cutting. The Try Square and Bevel Gauge have blued steel blades. The squares blade is triple pinned to the handle. A 1/8''-thick brass rub plate protects the inside face for accurate readings. The 7-1/2'' bevel with sliding steel blade can be secured at any angle by a brass knurled knob. The Marking Gauge features an adjusting pull slide for fast layout of mortises. The European beech post has double steel pins on the slide face and a single pin on the reverse face.
