Foot File is safe to use everyday with proper use. If irritation occurs use 2-3 times a week. Use Coarse grit to exfoliate off dead skin/callus then finish using the buff/smoothing side. Clean with mild soap and water. If needed use soft bristle brush to remove skin debris. Pat dry with lint-free towel. Sterilize using barbicide or autoclave. Please Remove Blue Protective Cover before using. Maintain soft heels and toes with Buddha Bath Foot File!! Replace 3-6 months.
