Directions for Slimquick Pure

Slowly pour 1 packet (3.3 g) into 16.9 oz. (500 ml) of cold water and stir until dissolved. If adding to a full bottle of water take a few sips prior to adding contents close and shake. Take with food. Take two servings (2 packets) in the morning with breakfast and two servings (2 packets) 6-hours later with an afternoon meal or snack. If you are sensitive to caffeine start gradually by taking 1 packet in the morning and 1 packet in the afternoon on the first day take 2 packets in the morning and 1 packet in the afternoon on the second day and take 2 packets in the morning and 2 packets in the afternoon on the third day and beyond. Do not exceed 4 packets in a 24-hour period. Slimquick Pure Extra Strength Drink Mix should be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

Take with food. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as abdominal pain dark urine or jaundice (yellow skin or eyes) or if gastrointestinal distress is severe persistent or bothersome. Two packets of this product contains 250 mg of caffeine equivalent to 2.5 cups of coffee. Limit the use of other caffeine-containing sources such as coffee tea or energy drinks Discontinue use and immediately inform a physician if you experience chest pain dizziness headache irregular heartbeat nausea or other comparable symptoms. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience skin rash. Consult a physician for use beyond 13 consecutive weeks. Use only as directed. Do not exceed the recommended serving as improper use does not enhance results. Do not use if packet has been opened. Store in a cool dry place.
