Quality Assurance Standards | The company will compensate for the product in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards notified by Ministry of Strategy and Finance.
1. Customers will be notified whether the product will be compensated or not and how it will be made within 7 days after requested and compensation will be made within 15 days after the notification.
2. Customers who paid more than the value declared or purchased products which don’t match quality mark, they will be refunded when requested within 30 days.
3. The company will not be responsible for compensation on damages and deformations caused by the customer’s mishandlings, and products past the Quality Assurance Period. Repairable products will be repaired at a fee.
4. For customers who inquire compensation for product defects, please have the quality certificate or receipt for the defective product.
Quality Assurance Period: 1 year after the date of purchase.

- Shipping Information
- International shipping fee may vary depending on regulations of foreign countries.
- Shipping Period
- Ship in 3 days from the day after payment is completed (Operating based on Seoul/GMT+9, excluding weekends and holidays)
- Average International shipping time is up to 7-15 days (Based on Korea business days).
- When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
- Additional delivery time will be estimated up to 5-7 days for KUHO brand due to the reason that a small quantity is made for all items.
- Precautions of Return

- Requesting your return is only available when your order is preparing status.
- Requesting your return is only available through 1:1 inquiry if your order is in transit.
- Exchange is not available for international shipping items.
- Please note that return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item is delivered.
- (Return request after 16 days from the date your item is delivered must be proceeded through 1:1 inquiry.)
- For returning your items, please use EMS as your delivery courier.
In case of using other courier services, refund might be delayed due to below reasons
1. Parcel rejected by the customs
2. Identification of returned parcel - If a refund/return shipping fee occurs because of change of mind, the fee shall be deducted from the amount of refund. For an item return caused by customer’s change of mind, refund will be processed after a deduction of 2500 KRW of shipping fee to Korea. However, shipping fees will not be charged for returns of defective product or other imputation caused by company.
- If your item is not in the same condition as it was first shipped, (Washed or worn) return is not possible
- For hygiene reasons, items such as jewellery/underwear cannot be returned.
- Return request is available after your item is delivered at My Page. Customers need to ship it to the international return pick up site after entering tracking number.
