Step One:Pressing the red button on the left side of scooter
Step Two:Lift the handlebar to vertical position (During the lifting, please don''t stop pressing the button till the handlebar in the vertical position)
Step Three:Push the handlebar ahead and you could hear clicking sound, which means the handlebar is locked.
