| 2) The item contents within the parcel package. |
| 3) The parcel package with the delivery information. |

| - Buyer must return Items to us by singpost registered mail. |
| - Buyer incurs the two ways postage fee |
| - Item must remain in their original condition, unused, unworn, unopen with their original packaging, tags, labels, and seals intact |

| When you send the items back to us by singapore registered mail, please leave us a note in the parcel indicating the order number and which design or size to change to. We are unable to identified and process parcel without order number. |
