Today, the Hanging Rock Winery is the largest winery in the Macedon Ranges. It boasts an extensive range of wines which showcases some of the best regions in Victoria. The goal has always been to select premium grapes from areas of Victoria best suited to the particular variety.

Taste: Made from Cabernet Sauvignon. Delicious, refreshing, and has plenty of fruit character. A hint of spice and subtle mineral backbone nicely balanced the wines with its fruit character, with a hint of sweetness and a clean dry finish.

Food match: Great summer time drinks yet versatile with matching with food, particularly seafood and salads.
