When you changed the formula, I was disappointed. It is runny, does not lather well and has few micro beads. It does not work the same. Yesterday, I purchased a few bottles that are EVEN WORSE!! It does not lather AT ALL. Your 'New Formula' seems to be failing. I don't have bad skin, pimples, discoloration or anything that I wanted to remove. As I began using the cleanser, what I noticed, was that my face was getting a dryer as the days went on. I was only using the facial cleanser at night right before I went to sleep and and initially I wasn't using a moisturizer right after. However, what I found was that when I woke up in the morning my face was completely dry to the point it was hard to smile. I started using a moisturizer right after I wash my face with the cleanser, and when I found my face was still pretty dry in the morning . So I am rinsing my face currently twice a day with water to remove all of the chemicals out of my skin. I am definitely looking into a new product. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did this break me out, but it left dry patches around my mouth, which has never happened to me. We recently discovered the daily cleanser and we both purchased a bottle. We have both begin to severely break out from this product and are very disappointed that we spent money to help with our acne, only for it to cause a severe breakout. The new formula has ruined my skin. I used to have clear and smooth skin, and now am back to dealing with acne at age 36. This formula does not clean or exfoliate. What happened to the microscrubbers? They are non existent and the new formula is thick and sticky. It is hard to get a lather, and then difficult to rinse off.
