I was a little concerned at first, because I haven't always had the best luck with pull-on-over-the-head type bras (like most sports bras) because they don't have much stretch or give, and my shoulders just aren't that flexible anymore. But this has plenty of stretch, so getting it on and off is pretty easy. Fits great, holds everything in place nicely, and does a good job of wicking sweat. This bra fits the bill. It is very comfortable in the front and sides where underwires would start poking, but still gives lift. It doesn't feel tight around the band under my breasts.
