Suggested Use

Pancakes

Whisk 1/2 cup mix (1 servings) with 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon cold water until well blended. Let sit for 3 minutes while griddle warms up. Batter thickens as it sits.

Heat griddle to low heat (285-295F).

Pour batter into 3-4 four inch pancakes on lightly greased pre-heated griddle.

Cook until no more bubbles are forming in the center and edges look dry (about 3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden brown.

For Thinner Pancakes:

Add 1-2 tablespoons of water until a desired consistency is reached.

Flavorful Suggestions:

Add 1-2 tablespoon of mix-ins to the batter such as chocolate chips fruit or nuts and cook as directed above.

Want More Protein

For 23 g Protein (Per Serving)

Replace water with fat free milk.

For 26 g Protein (Per Serving)

Replace water with one large egg + 3 tablespoons of water.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs + 1 large egg white
  • 1 cup coconut (or brown) sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2-1/4 cup Buttermilk Mix
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips chopped

Preheat over to 375F.

Combine first the 4 ingredients in a medium bowl using an electric hand mixed on medium for 2 minutes. Using a spoon fold in dry ingredients until combined.

Drop tablespoons of dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet 2" apart.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Lets cool.

Waffles

Whisk 1 cup mix (2 servings) 1 egg and 1/2 cup cold water until well blended. Let sit for 3 minutes while waffle iron heats up.

Cook according to your waffle iron's instructions.
