1. Mix 2 scoop AURA WHITE together with 120ml of cold water or boiled water can also use fruit juice of your preference . Not advisable to use hot water as it may destroy the active substances in Aura White

3. Stay away from drinking / eating from sources that contain caffeine such as coffee, tea and so on because studies have shown caffeine to eliminate the active substance and is not good for skin beauty.
