Quick Usage Instructions for U8 Spy Camera(as User Manual quite hard to understand):
a) Before usage, always charge the U8 Spy camera via USB port of a running Laptop/PC. When u plug in the U8 Camera to charge via USB port, there will be a Blue LED light flashing. After fully charged, Blue LED will go OFF.
b) Then insert a FAT32 formatted(by default for new memory card) microSD card into the U8 Camera.
c) POWER ON- Long press the ON-OFF(K1) button. Perform the same to POWER OFF.
d) Photo taking - Short press the Photo/Video(K2) button to take one photo each time.
e) Video recording - Long press the Photo/Video(K2) button to start video recording, another short press to stop.
f) Motion-Detect video-recording - Short press Motion-Detect(K3) button to start motion-detect initiated recording, another short press to stop.
g) Hard Reset-to force U8 camera OFF - Press-n-Hold the ON-OFF(K1) button AND then press Photo/Video(K2) button together for 2 sec and release BOTH buttons to force it OFF and then u power it up by long press ON-OFF(K1) button again.
h) Longer Operation time- U can have longer runtime by charging Batt & run camera/video functions concurrently by ensuring U8 is in OFF state then press-n-hold (K3) button FIRST then insert into a USB Port(or a USB Battery PowerBank to charge) and then release the (K3) button when LED light turns RED. From there, u can go into Pic/Video mode.
**NOTE: ALWAYS WAIT FOR U8 Camera's Red LED TO LIGHT UP FIRST(meaning in standby mode) THEN WAIT FOR ANOTHER ~5sec BEFORE GOING INTO ANOTHER MODES(Pic taking,Video or MotionDetect).
**NOTE:To set the time/date, u hv to create a text file time.txt Or tag.txt in the memory card before inserting it into U8 camera. Otherwise, the U8 camera will also create a default one for u with it's standard time start time/date. An example of time.txt/tag.txt format is as follow:

Do note that, each power OFF/ON of U8 camera, u will hv to set the time.txt/tag.txt as the U8 camera when power up will read that file for the correct date/time to set it's internal clock to be shown on the pic/video taken.

**Quick Usage Instructions for Spy Pen Camera:
1) Ensure the Spy Pen is USB-charged sufficiently.
2) Before power ON, please insert a FAT32 formatted microSD memory card into the pen.
3) After inserting the FAT32 formatted microSD card, Press-n-Hold the power button until u see the green/yellow LED light turn on. LED light will then blink ONCE and stay permanently at Green. From then on, it will be at standby mode, ready to go into Video or Pic taking mode.4) To take video, Press-n-Hold button, LED will blink fast afew times and then blink slowly to indicate video taking is in progress. To get out of video mode, press button once and let go. LED is permanently GREEN again.5) To take pic, while at standby mode, press button once and let go,it will take one time pic,press once and let go again, it will take another pic and so on.6) To power OFF, Press-n-Hold power button until it blinks to RED LED light and go off.
