However, this is the 2nd bottle I have dealt with where after using a couple of times, the pumper ceases to operate. To get the cream out, you have to open the bottle and take the cream off of the pump which is not enough, put the pump back in the bottle and repeat this procedure in order to get enough of the cream to do any good. I hate to return it because I don't want to lose the money I paid fo rit. I am asking you to replace this bottle at no charge because as it is ,I cannot really use it. Again, you have a wonderful product but something needs to be changed with the pump. Yes, it's true that it does take a little effort to get the lotion to pump when you open it. But the payoff is totally worth it!!! Normally, after I get out of the shower it takes me 30 minutes to a hour to lotion my body. And it leaves a residual film on my body. That residue is lotion that didn't absorb into my skin and it gets on everything. That makes me feel unclean. I don't feel like my skin is soft. But with this formula, it took 10 to 15 minutes for me to lotion up. My skin drank it in. Leaving moisture behind. All day long I felt soft, refreshed, and clean. No residue!!!
