Just a tiny dot of this on your fingertip is all you need to get rid of the bags under your eyes. I use an Elf brush to blend and airbrush it into my skin and it looks amazing. The texture of this is a bit 'gritty' feeling but after brushing into my skin it is smooth. The coverage is medium/full. If there is any left on the brush (and there almost always is) I use it on my eyelids and it makes a great primer for my shadow.
