Easy to use and re-use: just fill with milk and drink after 20-24 hours after incubation at room temperature (higher than 71F recommended) or 12-16 hours at 80-95F.
Container contains dry Kefir Grains between two layers of bio-friendly sponge. It is enough for making from 650 ml (22 oz) to 1500 ml (40 oz) of fresh delicious Kefir during 20-24 hours at room temperature.
