Understanding our Pixel Warranty Policy


If you buy a Standard Model of QNIX UHD3216R Monitor,
Up to 5 defective pixels (dead or stuck pixels) are allowed.
Defective pixels less than five are not covered by warranty and cannot be accepted as a return reason.

                   If you buy a Perfect Pixel UHD3216R Monitor,
We guarantee zero defective pixel for the Perfect Pixel UHD3216R monitor.

If you don't understand the meaning of ‘defective pixel’, you can retrieve information from google or other search engines.
Our shipping team staffs double check the monitor functionality and the panel conditions before we arrange shipment.
               

NOTE

BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE, 
    1. Please make sure that your graphics card must support the resolution of the 4K monitor 3840X2160. 
    2. Use of cable converter, extender, or gender may render the monitor unable to display images normally. We recommend using the cable that we include in the package.
    3. If you intend to use the monitor with other monitor as a dual-display setting, please be informed that there can be color uniformity issues due to panel characteristics.  The level of accuracy on color and brightness may not be exactly the same as the other monitor.   
    4. If you order the monitor from the US, we include US power plug cord.  If you order the monitor from European countries except England, the European power cord is included (the same as Korean plug cord).  If you order the monitor from England, Australia, and other countries, we include a power plug converter that is compatible with the standard of your country.
