Having a proper manicure and pedicure means having to file and shape your nails. Our 180 grit blocks are great for natural nails as they are kinder on nails due to the finer grit. 120 grit blocks are good for filing down artificial nails such as gel extention. Do not use the 120 grit on your natural nails as the grit is harsher and will take off huge amount of nail layers that will damage your nail bed.
