Shipping and Delivery
1. All items will be checked before delivery
2. ACTDRESS offers free standard delivery for all orders in Singapore. As it is normal postage, items will be delivered to the letter box.
3. For registered mail, please add S$2.25 to the total amount when you make payment. ACTDRESS will update you with the tracking numbers after order is posted.
4. Orders will be processed for posting within three working days. ACTDRESS will send you an email when your order has been posted. Thereafter you can expect to receive your order within two/three working days, excluding weekends & public holidays.
5. ACTDRESS will not be responsible for lost mails if buyer opt for normal posting. We strongly encourage registered mail.
6. ACTDRESS is not responsible for sending products to a wrongly given address.
Meet-Up
1. Meet-up at BuangKok, Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut is available subject to ACTDRESS’s availability
2. Please opt for postage if you cannot meet at these locations
3. Payment must be made prior to meet-up. Meet-up is deemed to be cancelled if payment is not received before the meet-up.

Refund and Exchange Policy
1. All purchases made in ACTDRESS is not refundable, except
a. When the item is out of stock after payment is made.
b. When wrong product is delivered (wrong size, colour or style)
c. When item delivered has prominent quality problems

2. Guidelines for exchange
a. Take a photo of the defective item
b. Email and attach the photo to ACTDRESS -actdress@gmail.com
c. Describe the defective area of the item
d. Indicate the item to replace with
3. ACTDRESS will not exchange for item delivered which do not fit your size.
4. ACTDRESS will exchange defective items within 7 days of delivery. Customer can email ACTDRESS to notify the intention to exchange. Item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, return with tags attached and its accessories. Buyer will bear the delivery cost of returning the item.
5. Washable stains are not considered as defects.
6. ACTDRESS will exchange with non-defective item which is of the same size and design, or alternative design.
7. Items that have been worn are neither exchangeable nor refundable
