I live in a hot climate in summer. These were were inexpensive and in a package of six, meeting the first need. They are thin, meeting the second, and 100% cotton. The elastic had little stretch, but so far is holding up. The size is true, and they did not shrink. If they do to last as log as the ones that cost three ties as much, I am still ahead. The gray and brown were drab, he pink and yellow pretty, but hey, no one sees your under ware anyway. I will use mild bleach, but do not mind if they fade.
