I think they run a little wide for a medium? I did have room for my innersoles for added comfort. I have the worlds most sensitive feet and these are very comfortable to wear and look nice. The embroidery on the buckskin and espresso is beige, ivory on the black and the tonal ivory color is much darker than appears online. More ecru/beige in person. They are my favorite. They are cheaper looking in person, the sides are not firm, but they look really cute on and are comfortable and true to size. I unfortunately paid 19 for them then they went on clearance for 8 dollars less each. Wqlmart dot com was not able to adjust the price difference, but they were able to give me 20% off.
