• Black Pepper CO2 Select has a very characteristic Pepper aroma with great tenacity and warm notes. It is thicker and darker in color， sort of a dark mustard yellow compared to steam distilled oil， which is a mobile liquid with very little color. Used in blends， it may not be necessary to use as much of the oil to achieve the same aromatic strength.
