Stainless steel binaural instead of the cheaper softer aluminum that other Chinese models use. We also have added ear tip attachment using Littmans patented design. Their patent ran out in 2016. You need to use stainless steel to cut these deeper grooves and not aluminum to be able to use this method. Thin threads are the only thing that will work with cheaper aluminum but these hold on to the push on PVC ear-tips very poorly. We use our own proprietary siliconized Cherry Soft ear tips.
