Shipping

1.    We will only ship to your registered address on Qoo10. If you require us to ship to another address, please change your registered address on your Qoo10 profile before making a purchase on Qoo10.

2.    Shipping time could take longer due to customs duty review or during the holiday period.

3.    For SingPost Registered Mail, it will take about 3 to 5 days for Singapore address for the item you purchase to deliver to you straight to your house. If no one is at home when the postman knocks on your door, the postman may leave a SingPost collection slip below your house door. You will have to collect the item personally at the SingPost office nearest to your house within 7 days.

4.    For SingPost Normal Mail, it will take about 3 to 5 days for Singapore address for the item you purchase to deliver to you into your mail box. The item is not traceable, therefore in the event the item does not reach you, we will not refund or post the item to you again and you cannot raise a non-receipt claim.

Return and Refund

1.    We will only refund or ship the item to you again if the item is not the same as described on our Qoo10 listing or the item is damaged.

2.    Please contact Qoo10 with regards to refund because it can only be handled by them.

Confirm Delivery and Write a Review

1.    Please confirm delivery once you receive the item so that we know that the item has reached you safely.

2.    Please do not hesitate to contact us before you write a review if there are any issues with the item. We will try our best to resolve your issues.
