Flaxseeds contains 30% flaxseed oil, which remains in the seeds even when warmed and

 

 

cool many times. Flaxseeds contains whitening properties, helps improve blood circulation, 

 

 

which helps improves dark eye circles.

How To warm your pillow:

 

Put the pillow in warm (not hot) microwave, aound 500-700w for 30 seconds. 

 

Make sure the turntable is rotating to ensure even heating. Be careful when you 

 

are removing the pillow from the microwave. Leave is on a cool surface for a while

 

before putting the pillow on your eye. Test the temperature with the back of your

 

hands first. The skin around your eyes are very delicate, so do not use a HOT pillow 

 

on your eyes

 

 

Note: DO NOT OVERHEAT THE PILLOW. This could result in burned Flaxseeds

and burn the cover

 

 

 

How to cool your pillow:

 

Place the pillow in a sealable bag and put it in the freezer for 30 mins to 2 hrs. 

 

Its very important to keep the flaxseeds away from moisture. 

 

 

 

Storage:

 

Keep your pillow in a cool dark place, perferably in a sealed plastic bag. Keep the pillow

 

away from moisture. 

 

 

 

Cover Care:

 

-- Wash Cover in warm water and dry flat. Do not wash the inside bag.
