The aroma of this moist, scrumptious cake will make your mouth water but just wait until you taste it! Just add shredded carrot, currants or raisins and nuts if you like for a fabulous carrot cake variation.

Directions
You Will Need: 4 eggs 2/3 cup oil 3/4 cups water Heat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease pans (or paper liners for cupcakes). Combine 4 eggs, 3/4 cup water and 2/3 cup oil. Add cake mix and blend well. For single 9'' round or 8'' square pan combine: 2 eggs, approximately 2½ cups mix, 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup water and blend well. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Carrot Cake Variation: Fold in 1 cup shredded carrot, a handful of nuts, currants or raisins after blended.
