Q&A:
Question 1: Small mist output
Answer: The mist output is 30ml-40ml. The units need to be used for a couple of times before it reaches peak misting ability, especially for new units.
Try to add less water at the first use, less water, more mist

Question 2: The aroma is strong but it becomes lighter after several hours
Answer: It depends much on the quality of the essential oil, and the space you use in. Good oil can help the fragrance last longer.

Question 3: The aroma diffuser leaks
Answer: Place the unit on the even surface. Make sure that the lid and base are aligned properly each time you fill or refill the unit.
When you refill the unit, it will be better to wipe out the water on the edge of tank with a dry cloth. Or it may cause leaking.
