4. 把牙托放到你的牙齿上
5. 把亮白发射器对准牙托
6. 用嘴唇包住其外边缘以固定
7. 打开亮白发射器上的开关
8. 亮白发射器会在10分钟后自动关闭，标志着周期的完成。
要想达到其他的美白作用, 只是简单地再按电源按钮10分钟周期，每30分钟的美白疗程你可能重复循环3次，以达到最大结果.
增强美白:
