HOW WE PROCEED THE ORDER:
Send us a design image in .ai / high resolution .jpg format to our mailbox (you will have it during your checkout)
No additional charge will be applied on simple design / editing. 
Additional charge may subjected to complicated design. (Say special design graphic needed to be created)

HOW TO USE:
1) Cut small piece of sealing wax onto the spoon and melt it by the white candle.
2) Drip the wax slowly, drop by drop onto the designed area
3) Wait for about 30sec so the wax is thick enough.
4) Put the stamp on the wax slowly, and wait 1 min before taking it out.
It will be done beautifully!

*Can I change the colored wax included into other colors?
Yes, of course, give us a note during the checkout and we will arrange it.

*If I wanted to buy extra wax, how can I do it?
We are now offering a promotion of s set of two wax in just $3.59 including shipping fee. Please put it in the shopping cart if you want any, and remember to let us know the color you need.

*I am going to make a large amount of seals, any more efficient way to do so?
If you would like to use it in a routine purpose, we strongly suggest you to use a glue gun wax instead of melting the wax by the candles.

Ready to made seal stickers are now available at our store. $0.5 each.

*I want to buy several letters, but I don’t need so many boxsets. What can I do?
Besides the giftbox set, we are also selling the stamps separately.
