2. Select desired shipping date and one of the following time slots at "Memo to Seller". Please ensure there is someone at the shipping address to sign and receive the parcel during delivery. Otherwise you would have to pay again for re-delivery.

1) We carry only Japan version therefore there is no Chinese translation on the packaging. 

2) Unless it is specified or you have purchased odd number set of the Milcolla Collagen (15 sachets, 45 sachets, 75 sachets etc), otherwise the product would be sent with the original box. We understand that some customers may buy it as a gift and wish to have the box intact so please be assured that we don't flatten nor remove the box.

1. Registered mail is by Singpost and will take 2 - 4 business days to be delivered. Singpost does not deliver on weekends neither would it entertain specific delivery request. Registered mail is longer than normal mail but traceable and secure.
