Palate:

A soft and luscious mid palate of ripe plum and cherry fruit. Subtle spice characters of star anise and vanilla add a complexity to the full fleshy tannins; delivering a rich lingering finish.

Cellaring:

This wine is best enjoyed while young. Can be cellared until 2018.

Oak Detail:

12 months in a blend of 1 and 2 year old French and America oak.
