Yes (1) No (0)Flag as Inappropriate Can taking this vitamin mess with my hormones?I have been taking these for about a week and then i took almost a week break because i forgot... but i have noticed within the last month that my hormones are all over the place and my brain feels like it doesnt turn off to where its been effecting my sleep. The only difference in my routine is the vitamin so i was curious if these could be effects from the vitamins. But other than that i love them! A few things I noticed when I started taking this:1. With in the first few weeks, my body seemed to drop ~1.5 - 2 lbs. Now about 2-3 months in, that weight has not returned. I think it helps me drink more water, which is helpful for weight. 2. My skin looks great, including the keratosis pilaris on the back of my legs which seems to have cleared up some despite me doing nothing else different. I'm so thrilled. 3. I ran out for a couple of days once and my body was definitely missing the extra help. I felt SO tired during the day as if I was going to fall asleep at my desk, which is unusual for me. At first I thought I was coming down with illness, but as soon as I took a pack, I was back to normal.Now on my third box and feels so good! Thank you GNC. Please don't change this product.
