User, Please Note:
1. Initial use, the new pot may have some smell (or plastic taste) and smoke, this is normal. This is due to wire insulation and electrical heating devices, insulation performance will be further improved after a few usage. This is not quality issue of the product, you can rest assured when using.
2. Electric stew pot boiled very slowly. It cannot be used to boil water. This stew pot comes in 3 modes, Fast stew takes about 3 to 5 hours and slow stew takes about 8 hours,you can simmer stew at night and wake up next morning to enjoy.
3. Can I use automatic mode to stew till next day morning. = NO.
Automatic mode uses fast mode to cook before automatically changes to slow mode. It is not advisable to use automatic mode to stew overnight.
4. This is a mechanical pot, not a fully automatic pot, after cooking, please switch off electricity.
5. This pot is very power efficient, it uses very little electricity for each stew.
6. This pot is not suitable for decoction or cooking, because it cooks very slowly.
7. This pot is three-dimensional heating, help 360 degrees on the food nutrients fully precipitated. Please keep children away as it’s very hot.
8. Please do not use this pot on direct fire or place the pot immediately into running water as it will crack the pot.
