The wide dispersion titanium membrane tweeter with 1.75" voice coil delivers extraordinary high-frequency extension due to a design that combines very high motor strength with low moving mass. The twin port design smoothes air flowing in and out of the cabinet, reducing turbulence and port noise. The twin ports also increase linearity, lowers distortion, reduces 5th order harmonic distortion, provide an output increase as high as 2-3dB and help to reach extra low bass. The most exciting feature of this powered speaker is the built in amplifier. 250 watts RMS and 500 watts max power output is perfect for any audio application. The amp features an XLR jack input and separate volume control for a microphone. RCA jack input or an XLR input and separate volume control for an additional component. An XLR jack line level output for adding an additional powered speaker. Master volume control, separate treble and bass knobs round out the awesome features of this built in amp.
