1. Is the punching bag filled upon delivery ? 
No , it is unfilled upon delivery ( Easy to fill by collecting use clothes & add into the bag )

2. Are any installation tools given ? 
No , all installation tools such as caribbean hook / ceiling hooks /wall plugs/ adjustable chains.. are not included, all these tools can be easily purchase at our local hardware tools shop.
It does not cost much ! 

3. Are installation services included ?

No, we do not provide installation service . You can do your own DIY installation by drillng ceiling hooks or outsourse it to people if you do not know how  . Services can be search on google .
