We introduce you to our very first launch , Dress For Success, where we offer you a range of beautiful work dresses just needed to spice up that wardrobe of yours, and that little boost of confidence that you simply need for that road to success.

Shipping
1. Strictly no refund for any lost mail. StarryHeartz will not be liable for any lost mail if buyer opts for normal mail.
2. Registered mail is highly recommended.
3. Item/s will be posted out within 2-3 working days after receiving the orders.
4. Delivery will take about 5-10 working days after posted, excluding weekends and public holidays (Singapore.)
Return/Exchange
1. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to items purchased from StarryHeartz.
2. Criteria for return & exchange:
a. The item has defects or
b. Incorrect item was sent out to customer or
c. Inaccurate measurements provided (difference of at least 1.5 inches / 4cm).
3. In the case that any of the above criteria has been met, kindly notify us via email at thestarryheartz@gmail.com. We will review the matter before allowing and proceeding with the exchange.
4. Customers are required to send us pictures of the defective merchandise before mailing the item back to us.
5. The item must be in its original condition when it is to be returned or exchanged. The item should not be in the condition where it has been worn or washed.
6. Starryheartz will bear the two-way postage charges win the case if any of the criteria in clause 2 has been met. Otherwise, the customer will have to bear all the relevant postage costs involved.
7. Any item/s that are returned to us without any prior notification will be rejected, and we will not facilitate the exchange.
8. We will not facilitate any exchanged for the following time period after item/s has been received by the customer:
a. Local: No return/exchange after 7 days
b. International: No return/exchange after 14 days
9. We do not allow any exchange across designs. Defective items will be replaced by the exact same design, colour and size.
10. All exchanged items will be sent out to customers via normal mail unless customer opts for registered mail.
11. Starryheartz will ensure proper quality check before sneding the item/s out to our customers. We will not entertain any case in which the item is found to be tampered with and claimed defective.
12. Customers are responsible for choosing the right size of the item they purchased according to the measurement that we have provided. Thus, we will not facilitate any exchange of sizes.
