·         Please double check your delivery address before payment. Customer will have to bear the cost of re-posting once returned mail is received by seller if an incomplete or incorrect address is given.

·         For all payment matters, you have to contact gmarket for assistance.

·         Seller will not be responsible for any loss of items for standard mail, therefore REGISTERED MAIL is highly recommended. We will not be responsible for any damaged caused by Singpost Normal Mail.

·         Orders will be sent via signpost normal mail in 2-3 working days once order has been confirmed by gmarket. Should an item is not in stock, it will take around 2 weeks to delivery.  

·         All items will be checked before mailing out. Should the item process any manufacturer defect, we will precede the exchange of your purchase. Exchange is to be made within 7 days after item is sent and will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition. Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained. Cost and risk incurred for returns are payable by buyer.
