【How long will I get ticket】
Usually,we send e-ticket to your e-mail in 12-24 Hrs after payment confirmed by qoo10.
Recommend purchase the tickets 1 days in advance, we are not issue same day of visit, so please avoid last minute purchase.

- Bus: From the city by bus number 171 to Wanli Road, the bus from the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) 7 after the first bus stop (No. 926 bus only on Sundays and public holidays);
by car: from the city into the Hiroshima Expressway (PIE) towards Jurong, from the 24th exit Transfer to Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE), exit at Exit 7 of Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE), turn right at the traffic light, enter Wanli Road, turn right at the next traffic light, turn right into Wanli Lake Road.

As dusk falls, take an after-hours look at over 2,500 nocturnal animals starting their nightly rituals. Come close as they frolic, graze and hunt. Embark on an exciting tram ride that takes you through 7 geographical regions, or opt for a walking trail for an even deeper journey into the park. Don't miss the interactive Creatures of the Night Show, where you can learn more about the natural abilities of fascinating nocturnal animals.
【Terms and Conditions】
How to use this voucher :
1. PRINT THIS REDEMPTION VOUCHER- This is your proof of purchase and use it to exchange for Night Safari & Tram admission ticket.
2. Please present the redemption voucher at Night Safari Ticketing Counter 3 or 4 in exchange for your admission ticket .
3. Lead travelling party holding the confirmation voucher & all participants must present a valid photo ID/Passport for verification & the exchange
4. Operating hours for ticket redemption at the park is from 5.30 PM to 11.15PM daily.
5. Entry to the park is subject to best available timing (7.15pm, 8.15pm, 9.15pm)
6. This voucher is valid for one-time redemption for a single attraction ticket only.
(eg, if you have purchase 3 Adult tickets, you will have to utilise/redeem all 3 tickets at one time, no partial redemption will be allowed)
7. All printed attraction tickets are non-transferable.
8. There will be no refund for unused/used attraction ticket either in part or full.
9. This redemption voucher must be utilised on the Travel Date indicated . Voucher will expire after the travel date.
10. Tickets are not to be used for touting purpose .
11. Loss of ticket will be solely under the full responsibility of the guest.
12. Opening hours of Singapore Night Safari Park is from 7.30 PM to 12.00AM (daily)
13. First come, first serve. As much as possible, kindly avoid visiting the park on eve of public holiday and piblic holiday due to high volume to visitors. In the event that the park becomes too crowded, you might be declined for 7:15pm 8:15pm entry.
FOR ALL TIMINGS OPTION: 入园时间取决于夜间动物园当天当时的人流情况。请您尽可能避免在假日的前一晚，假期当晚或者某些特殊日期前往夜间动物园以免因为当时游客人数过多而延迟您的入园时间。如果您不得不选择在假日前往，请务必知晓：您很有可能被拒绝在19：15 或者 20：15或者21 : 15 入园。如造成不便，尽情谅解。

Vouchers obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost , stolen or counterfeit and if so, are void.
This voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is valid only for the event and date for which it is valid.
Unauthorized duplication or sale of this voucher will prevent your redemption of the physical ticket to the park.
Only the first scan will be allowed to redeem the admission ticket.
If the voucher has already been scanned, you will be denied with redemption of admission ticket.
